Jimmy Owotomo, MS, MBA, FCA, CPA, CGMA Managing Director/CEO

Experienced professional with over 20 years of combined experience in accounting, finance, audit, and banking. Experienced in internal control review and documentation, testing, and remediation, US GAAP accounting, financial statements preparation, management reporting, Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting (preparation of 10Q & 10K), month-end closing activities, pension fund accounting, and system implementations.

In addition to co-founding Trifaith Business Solutions Nig. Ltd, he is the Managing Partner at Fola & Associates, a Certified Public Accountant (Chartered Accountant) firm, and owns TriFaith Tax Solutions, a full-service tax firm located at Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, USA, dedicated to providing tax services to individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofit organizations with experience in IRS tax audit representation, tax planning and US/Residents living abroad tax returns.

Prior to going into private business, Jimmy held various jobs in the corporate world in various capacities as follows:

• JP Morgan Co. Newark, Delaware: Worked as a Pension Operations Specialist and Financial Specialist -Accounting for daily trade orders for defined contribution plans.  Monitored daily account balances for overdrafts, investing excess cash. Prepared monthly, quarterly,and annual pension reports for clients; addressed inquiries on such reports and prepared ad-hoc reports for clients.
• Wasserman, Grossman & Sloan LLP (Formerly GLWP, LLP), Los Angeles, California: A Wealth Management Firm. Manageda group of professionals in providing financial administration and integrated family office services to high-net-worth individuals, addressing clients’ financial, tax planning, administrative, and insurance needs, including asset aggregation financial administration (bill pay).
• DuPont Chemical Co Wilmington, Delaware & Aramark, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania- Worked as Internal Auditor team responsible for performing financial and operational audits of diversified business units. Coordinate with external auditor during their quarterly and year-end audits. Perform special projects that include due diligence reviews and control reviews, as well as business conduct policy violations investigations, mostly  fraud and embezzlement.
• Sun Oil Company (Sunoco) & Amoco Corporation, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania: Held responsibility for a cluster of convenience store locations.  This included profitability as well as budget preparations for each store and monitored targets to ensure that goals were achieved. Performed cash and inventory audits, ensuring accurate cash and inventory reporting. Train employees.

Jimmy holds a B.Sc. & M.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria, and MBA from St. Joseph University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Ronke Owotomo, M.Sc., FCA Chief Consulting Officer

A seasoned professional with over 34 years of work experience. She left Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) in December 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer to join Trifaith Business Solutions Nig. Ltd. Prior to IBEDC, Ronke started her work career with Ernst & Young, Lagos in September 1990, where she had her professional training and wealth of experience for eight years before relocating to the United States. She had a brief stint working in the United States with the CIT Group New Jersey, an over 100-year-old company providing leasing and financial services.

She joined The Garland Group, Mississauga, Canada, in 2001, where she managed and coordinated the activities of the finance team in the preparation of financial reports in line with local and international standards. The Garland Group is a division of Manitowoc, a Fortune 1000 company with 15 subsidiaries in Europe and the United States. She joined as a General Accountant and left as the Assistant Controller in December 2008.

In January 2009, Ronke joined the Canada Revenue Agency, the Government of Canada agency that administers tax laws and various social and economic benefits as well as incentive programs through the tax system. She worked in the Tax Audit & Compliance section as a Tax Auditor for five years, specializing in taxes and evaluating financial records of companies, trusts, and individuals to determine whether they comply with applicable tax laws and regulations. Managed, directed, and monitored the activities of the team to achieve established corporate program goals. She left the Canada Revenue Agency in 2015 to join IBEDC.

Ronke earned her first degree in Educational Management and History (1987) and a Master’s degree in Institutional Administration (1989) from the University of Ibadan. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), she has bagged numerous certifications and training, including IFRS – Conversion, Implementation & Compliance from IFRS Partners Canada in 2013 and IFRS – Compliance Strategies for Reporting in Nigeria in 2016. She also obtained the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants Certification in IFRS Reporting in October 2020. She has attended several local and international workshops, conferences, and executive training programs.

Adewale Onanuga MBA, FCA, PMP(PMI)Chief Strategy & Oper. Officer

Adewale is a certified Finance/Project management Professional with a combined experience of 15 years spanning across Audit, Energy, and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Trifaith Business Solutions in January 2024, Adewale served as a Team Lead at Faadella Solutions Inc., an IT business solution company in Canada that provides excellent value for various IT projects, including software/server upgrades, data migration, hardware deployment, and implementations, Infrastructure, and business process optimization. He develops strategic initiatives and enables solutions within the organization to address key focus areas.

Adewale had his stint at both Deloitte and Ernst & Young, where he was an Audit trainee between 2009 and 2012. He joined Ibadan Electricity Distribution Company (IBEDC) in October 2014 as the Consolidation Accountant franchise-wide. IBEDC is one of the eleven electricity distribution companies in Nigeria, with a network spreading across four states and parts of 3 other states. The company has 23 business hubs across its franchise area. He worked with IBEDC for eight years and left as the manager in charge of combining the financial statements of the headquarters and its business hubs.

Adewale is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and a Project Management Professional (PMI) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance Management from Ladoke Akintola University.
