Payroll Processing & Remittances

We provide trusted and thorough outsourced end-to-end payroll management. Our services include but are not limited to the following:

• Administration of employees’ salaries and wages and related tasks in compliance with Nigerian labor laws and regulations, e.g., the Labour Act, Employment Compensation Act, Pension Reform Act, etc.
• Statutory deductions and remittances to the appropriate government agencies, e.g., Pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) taxes, National Housing Fund (NHF) contributions, National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) contributions, and the Pension Fund contributions.
• Pay slip generation for employees with all the necessary details at the end of each payroll cycle.
• Pension administration to ensure all employees are enrolled with a registered pension fund administrator and remittances of both the employer’s and employee contributions as appropriate.
• Remittances and filing reports to regulatory authorities, e.g., Federal Inland Revenue Services (FIRS), the states Inland Revenue Services (IRS), National Pension Commission (PenCom), and other agencies.
• Adhere strictly to any Collective Bargaining Agreements in place between employers and employee unions, etc.
